Papa John's Makes Formal Apology

Everybody is in an uproar over the New York Papa John’s employee who put a racial slur on a receipt for Minhee Cho. Read the story here. Meanwhile, nobody seems concerned that Ms. Cho is in New York, yet she’s getting her pizza from Papa John’s.

The most amazing part of this story is the formal apology Papa John’s made to the her. While the gesture is nice, I think they may have gone a little too far to try and build good race relations with Ms. Cho.
